Hello and welcome
I'm Lorna Cheetham, founder of Wayfinder Coaching, I am a mum of two young children, a lover of the outdoors, particularly running and sailing, and a people person who enjoys making a difference. Wayfinder Coaching allows me to use my people skills to support people in life whether personally or professionally.
I am an ICF ACC certified coach, offering 1-2-1 and group coaching to individuals and organisations. I have over 22 years experience in the corporate sector, having worked in digital media, account management and more recently in senior operations roles.
Whether you experience imposter syndrome, low self esteem, need support transitioning into a new role, embarking on a career change or are returning to the workplace I can help support you to realise your full potential.
I take great pride in creating a safe and non judgmental space for people to explore where they are in their lives, what they would like to be different, what gets in their way and what they could do to achieve their potential.
I will work with people to increase their self awareness and what holds them back, how they can empower themselves to take steps towards their goals and create a more fulfilled, content and happier version of themselves.
